To all of our loyal fans and friends: It is with profound sadness — regret — we announce that Jay Juarez, our long time bassist and friend, has decided to leave Static Limit. Jay’s importance in the band has meant a great deal to us musically, and personally over the years. Jay has been a major force within this band. He is choosing to pursue a new life and job. We can assure you that Static Limit will continue to move forward with the same drive and commitment — and in the same musical tradition. As planned, we will release “A Thing About Machines” and begin planning our live show in support of the debut album.

We wholeheartedly wish Jay the best on his journey. We had a long and meaningful musical collaboration together. He will be missed.
